"A matzevat of the grave of a God-fearing and free unto ?, who does what is right and keep faithfulness/guards the faithful and sees the toil of the upright and ? people, the honorable, or teacher the rabbi Rabbi Ya'aqov Shemuel son of Reb Binyamin Zablodavski. He died on Monday 13th Kislev 5671 [acrostic poem follows horizontally based on deceased's first's name Y'KV, followed by vertical across based on Y'KV SMWEL].
