The stone on the right side: An acrostic poem spelling the name of the deceased Sheva Woe that she was taken from her sons, supported her husband, surely she is the modest and honest woman from a righteous stock, Mrs. Seril Liba daughter of the prominent scholar our teacher and rabbi Yehoshua of blessed memory died on the eve of 9 Av 5644 [31 July 1884] by the abbreviated era May her soul be bound in the bond of everlasting life The stone on the left side: An acrostic poem spelling the name of the deceased Natan son of Yosef Here lies Natan Avraham [Abraham] son of our teacher and rabbi Yosef [Joseph] Zev of blessed memory, died 23 Menachem Av [3 August 1907]. The one who innocently passes-by will find a soul here, who can excuses the circumstances of his life, uttered pleasant prayers to the heavens, diligently came to the synagogue mornings and evenings, earned his living from the gift of that God graced him with all of the days of his life,was honest and righteous when he was able to afford it and until he was able to face it, benefited and helped the poor when he was able to, his soul flew….and his soul will be…..
