Here lies. Here resides an upright and honest man, our happiness turned
into sadness, he is residing now in the shadow of his Lord,
acted with honesty all his days, sought righteousness and benefited
the poor, was mostly good in charitable work, his light was
generated in his graciousness, from a good stock from wholesome people,
our teacher Shelomo Yeruham son of the late Yosef Tzvi [Zwi,Cwi]
May he rest in peace, died 9 days to the month of Tevet in the year 5680
[9 January 1930] May his soul be bound in the bond of everlasting life
